Mark & Vinny celebrate their Calabarian roots by making the native capsaicin-jewel the superstar of their world-famous chilli jam. The fire-ball peppers are grown in the family garden then roasted with sweet potato and garlic resulting in a jar of deliciously sweet & salty, sweat-inducing pain.
